_I_{grew up on Bornholm and have been fishing for most of my life. In my childhood years, it was mainly the lakes of Bornholm that were my hunting grounds, targeting perch and pike.
About 10 years ago, I started fishing mainly from the coast. That’s when I began the pursuit of the Bornholm sea trout, and it has since become my calling.}^{I love fishing and sharing the joy I get from it with others. For many years, I have worked as a chef during the summer season on Bornholm, and taken the winters off to fish for sea trout full-time. Because of that, I always have a finger on the pulse and a good idea of where the fish are.
